Terms of Service
What Our Pest Control Work Covers
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to the pest control services Arizona Pest Pros provides at homes and businesses in Springerville, AZ and across Arizona. In scope: termite inspection and treatment, scorpion control, ant and cockroach control, rodent and pack rat removal, bed bug treatment, bee and wasp nest removal, spider control, mosquito control, flea and tick treatment, gopher control, pest exclusion, pest identification, and emergency pest treatment.
All pesticide use follows the product label as required by FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. § 136, and our applicators are certified under Arizona pesticide applicator certification requirements enforced by the Arizona Department of Agriculture. Our work also complies with Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 3, Chapter 20, Arizona Administrative Code, Title 3, Chapter 8, and state structural pest control business licensing rules.
Structural repairs, construction work, mold remediation, and cleanup of hazardous materials are outside this agreement and require a separate written contract. Anything not listed in your written service agreement is not included.
Appointments, Changes, and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. Once we confirm a date and arrival window, please make sure we have clear access to the treatment areas, including crawl spaces, attics, and exterior walls where needed. If pets or people cannot be kept out of a treatment zone, let us know before we arrive so we can plan around it.
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments where we cannot access the property, may be subject to a trip charge.
If we arrive and find a problem bigger than what was quoted for example, termite activity spreading into a new area we will explain what changed, stop work, and wait for your written or verbal approval before continuing. No scope change is performed without your consent. Weather or safety conditions may require us to reschedule, and we will do so at the earliest reasonable time.
Quotes, Pricing, and Payment Terms
Before work begins, we provide a written estimate that describes the service, the treatment method, and the price. Estimates are based on what we can see during the initial inspection; conditions hidden inside walls, soil, or roof voids may change the plan, and we will re-quote before doing additional work.
Payment is due when service is completed unless your agreement states otherwise. Recurring service plans are billed on the schedule set out in your agreement. We accept payment by phone, by mail, or in person at the time of service.
If you approve a change in scope added rooms, a new treatment, or a follow-up application outside the original plan the added cost will be quoted and confirmed with you before work continues. We do not start unapproved work, and we do not add surprise charges after the fact. If you dispute an invoice, contact us promptly so we can review the service record and resolve it.
Our Workmanship Warranty
Arizona Pest Pros stands behind the quality of its work. If a treated pest problem returns within the warranty period stated in your written service agreement, we will return and re-treat the affected area at no additional charge. Warranty length varies by service and pest type termite treatments carry different coverage than general insect or rodent work so the exact term is spelled out in your agreement.
Coverage can be voided by conditions that interfere with the treatment. Common examples: new construction or landscaping that disturbs a soil barrier, moisture leaks left unrepaired, sanitation issues that attract new pests, or unapproved products applied by others over our work. Normal wear, new pest activity introduced from neighboring properties, and structural gaps that develop after service are also excluded.
To make a warranty claim, call us with your service date and a description of the problem. We will inspect and, if the claim is covered, re-treat under the terms of your agreement.
Limits on Our Liability
Our responsibility for any claim arising from pest control services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as termite or rodent damage that occurred before our first treatment or for conditions we could not reasonably detect during inspection.
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, including weather, customer access restrictions, or structural defects that allow pests to re-enter after treatment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Arizona law.
All applications follow the pesticide label under FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. § 136, and our safety practices comply with the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200.
Our business operates under Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 3, Chapter 20, Arizona Administrative Code, Title 3, Chapter 8, and state structural pest control licensing rules. Questions about pesticide safety or disposal can be directed to us, the Arizona Department of Agriculture, or the EPA.
